Montan'Aspe is a mountain trail-running weekend held in Bedous, Pyrénées-Atlantiques, France. Races range from 9 km to the 100k'Aspe. Held in early June, it features forest, high-altitude, walking, and mountain routes, catering to short-distance runners, hikers, experienced trail racers, and ultra runners. The series is part of the UTMB Index. Some shorter races accommodate Joëlette teams, integrating handisport participation into the event.
The 100k'Aspe, the valley's first ultra trail, is a new addition at 108 km with 7,170 metres of climbing. Other routes include the 60 km Raid Aspois (4,096 metres ascent), the 37 km Défi de l'Ourdinse (2,700 metres), and the 16 km Ronde de Bergout (nearly 1,000 metres). The 9 km Course de Soudious is a shorter option, while the 14.8 km Rando is for walkers. Post-race, a local meal includes garbure, chicken thigh, fries, cheese, wine, and coffee.
