Exeter Santa Run 2026

The Exeter Santa Run brings runners in Santa suits to the city centre, beginning and ending at Princesshay Shopping Centre. This December fundraiser, organized by Exeter City Community Trust, features a 5K run at 9:00am and a 2.5K family run at 9:40am. The event accommodates all ages and abilities, welcoming children, families, novice runners, club members, and those seeking a brief festive run before Christmas. The route is straightforward: both distances share the same central Exeter start and finish. The shorter option is designed as a family run. All participants receive a Santa suit and a medal upon completion, leading to Exeter High Street being filled with Santas of various ages. The run supports local causes like SNUG and Exeter Leukaemia Fund.
