Pretty Muddy Birmingham es una Race for Life 5K que se hace en Cofton Park, en Birmingham, con salida por la mañana. No es la típica carrera de asfalto, te reta a pasar por encima, por debajo y a través de obstáculos con barro. La idea es trepar, arrastrarse, deslizarse y seguir avanzando a tu ritmo.
Los 5K son algo más de 3 miles y normalmente se tarda una hora en acabar. No hay un tiempo objetivo ni presión para competir a tope. Puedes participar solo o con amigos y familia. El evento recauda fondos para la investigación del cáncer. También hay una Pretty Muddy Kids Race y una opción de Fun Run.
