Gyógyfürdő tér marks the start of a road ride that travels on quiet roads through scenic areas of the Zala region. The emphasis is on a tour rather than a demanding race; it provides options for racing, touring, or riding marathon-style, and is not intended for professionals. The course uses the same route as the prior edition, which is helpful if you prefer to know the day's layout before starting. The route passes through Zalaszabar, Kilimán, Felsőrajk, Pacsa, Dióskál, then returns via the Zalakaros lookout before concluding again at Gyógyfürdő tér. Expect paved roads, moderate climbs, chip timing, and aid stations at Felsőrajk and the lookout, with the latter offering only water and isotonic drink. It is suitable for experienced cyclists and newcomers alike, with a practical inclusion in the race package: Mapei socks and a High 5 gel, along with spa access and a children's race option for family members.
