Kilometry Pomocy – Biegnij w Garwolinie 2026

Kilometry Pomocy – Biegnij w Garwolinie is a 10 km road race in Garwolin, starting at the Centrum Sportu i Kultury. The primary distance is 10,000 metres, with shorter runs also scheduled. The event is intended for local amateur runners and those seeking a measured city race. It combines competition with fundraising: for each kilometre completed, organizers donate 1 PLN to Niebieska Linia, the Institute of Health Psychology. The route follows Garwolin’s main city streets on asphalt, with traffic closed during the race. It is PZLA certified and includes kilometre markers, drink stations, varied elevation, and medical support with a medical point and ambulances. The race is organized by Stowarzyszenie Truchtacz.pl and Centrum Sportu i Kultury w Garwolinie. This event continues a local charity-run tradition, now in its sixteenth edition. Kilometry Pomocy is the event name for the first time this year.
