Triathlon Lipiany 2026

Triathlon Lipiany takes place on a weekend in June in Lipiany, a small town in Poland’s West Pomeranian Voivodeship. Lakes and forests are situated near the course. The main event features triathlon races. The current schedule includes a 1/4 Olimpijka option, and previous editions also offered Olympic distance races and a shorter 4:18:4 format. The longer triathlon format follows the standard Olympic distances: 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, and 10 km run. The 4:18:4 format consists of 400 m swimming, 18 km cycling, and 4 km running. The weekend also includes open-water swims of 1000 m and 5000 m, and a cross-country run of approximately 7 km around Wadół Lake. Amateurs and experienced triathletes travel from all over Poland. The program also features children’s and youth races, making it function more as a local multi-sport festival than a singular triathlon event.
