The PUMA HYROX World Championships in Stockholm will feature the highest level of HYROX competition at Strawberry Arena in Solna, near central Stockholm. The event takes place in June and follows the standard HYROX format: competitors run between workout stations, requiring winners to be fast, strong, and maintain performance while fatigued. Over 1,000,000 athletes compete in HYROX worldwide each season, with only the top 0.5% qualifying for the World Championships, ensuring a field of elite specialists.
The competition is held indoors at Strawberry Arena, also known as Friends Arena, with spectators positioned close to the action. Surrounding the venue, a public Fan Village offers live stage events, sponsor activations, food, and beverages, extending the weekend beyond the arena events. The adjacent Winery Hotel serves as the House of HYROX, hosting the Beats & Run Club and athlete meet-and-greets. Access to these areas is granted to all championship attendees throughout the weekend, with individual start times issued shortly before competition and remaining fixed.
