Berkeley Trail Adventure

Run through Tilden Regional Park and Wildcat Canyon. Trails alternate between shady and exposed, with coast live oak and eucalyptus trees. See views of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge. Aid stations offer runner-friendly foods and beverages, with sweet and salty snacks at the finish. This is a good first trail race for all ages. Dogs are welcome on leash and start at the back.
