Echo Lake's 10,600 feet presents thin air. The 14.5-mile run climbs nearly 4,000 vertical feet, much above treeline, to the 14,264-foot summit of Mt. Blue Sky, a recognizable Denver peak. Bighorn Sheep, Marmots, and Mountain Goats may be seen. Choose the one-way Ascent or the Round Trip run up and back.
