Cedar Creek Spring Duathlon es un run-bike-run corto en Cedar Creek Park. Las pruebas presenciales salen por la mañana, entre 8:00 y 10:30. El formato va al grano: corres 1.1 miles por los caminos del parque, haces 11 miles en bici por carreteras cerradas al tráfico y luego repites corriendo el mismo tramo de 1.1-mile.
Hay categorías adult, junior y high school, con opción individual o por relevos. Las familias también pueden apuntarse como equipo de relay. Si prefieres hacerlo a tu aire, también hay virtual duathlon con la misma distancia base, sin meterte en la salida presencial.
