Choose from 1.5 mile and 1K swims through the straits of Catfish Dam. One swim is all downstream. Another starts 3/4 mile upstream before heading downstream. The SwimRun includes a 1.5 mile swim exiting at 1 E. Indian lane, followed by a 1.5 mile run back to the start. A kayaker or New Wave Swim Buoy is required. Transport back to the start is not included unless paid for. Check the inclement weather policy; river conditions may affect the race.
