Sobre esta carrera
La Frozen Assets 5K Run/Walk te mete de lleno en el hielo del Lake Mendota en Madison, Wisconsin. El circuito entero de 5K va por el lago congelado, con salida y meta en The Edgewater, todo dentro del Frozen Assets Festival. Desde el recorrido tendrás unas vistas chulas del centro de Madison y del campus de la University of Wisconsin-Madison.
La Clean Lakes Alliance organiza este evento, que es un buen cambio a las típicas cuestas de asfalto de Madison, ya que la carrera es sobre el hielo del lago. Puedes elegir si quieres hacer una caminata sin tiempo, correr con chip o incluso patinar. Los peques de 10 años o menos van gratis si se apunta un adulto con ellos.
