La H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash es una prueba chula para hacer al aire libre con la familia y los colegas. Los participantes de 6 a 14 años tienen que completar 8 obstáculos, como voltear ruedas y pasar por barras de equilibrio.
A partir de los 15 años, la cosa se complica un poco más, con desafíos adicionales como cargar cubos y subir cargas con cuerdas. Todos los que se apunten mejorarán su confianza, fuerza, resistencia y equilibrio, y se llevarán a casa una medalla de finisher y una camiseta.
