Sobre esta carrera
Aquí os dejo info del Kids Run Columbus Training Program: es para chavales de K-6º grado, y consiste en un programa de entrenamiento de 6 semanas. Quedan los jueves por la tarde/noche, y las sesiones duran entre 20 y 30 minutos.
El entrenamiento va subiendo poco a poco, hasta llegar a hacer una mile o más. La idea es que se preparen para una carrera objetivo en Lakebottom Park. Y lo bueno es que los que se apunten tienen un descuento de $5 en esa carrera.
