La Kinzua Bridge Challenge va por un recorrido de ida y vuelta, con salida escalonada desde el Center Street Trailhead, en la Mt Jewett to Kinzua Bridge Rails to Trails.
Este evento apoya a la Swedish Festival Association, que organiza "one of the largest festivals in the county". La recaudación también va para la Penn York Oil and Gas Scholarship y ayuda a "promoting economic development, education, innovation and community revitalization" en la zona de Mount Jewett. Se entregan medallas de finisher y los que se apuntan antes reciben una camiseta.
