The 32nd Annual Buffalo tradition offers a quality running experience and gives back to the community. The flat, out-and-back course runs along the Niagara River, mostly closed to traffic, with no time limit. First-time half marathoners receive a special medal and photo op. Every finisher of The ThermoFisher Scientific Grand Island 1/2 Marathon gets a commemorative race shirt and medal. A post-race party, free live tracking, and downloadable photos are included.
