The Walk for Wellness and 5K Fun Run winds through Rt. 66 Park at Lake Overholser. Open to all, it educates participants on developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A health fair and cultural activities are included. Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated and eat healthily after the run. A design competition will select an image for event T-shirts.
