THE OX 24 Hour Run
Saturday, October 10, 2026 · Lennox Head, Australia
Start location
Reflections Lennox Head - Holiday Park
Lennox Head, NSW
About this race
Reflections Caravan Park hosts a unique multi-lap endurance challenge with ocean views and little room for error. THE OX 24 Hour Run distills an ultra into its core elements: maintain momentum, recover efficiently, and repeat. Participants can compete solo or in a small team, but the event is designed for runners accustomed to sustained, demanding efforts.
The course is a recurring coastal loop on road and path, with starts staggered hourly. This structure creates a distinct pattern of exertion and rest. The format challenges both physical stamina and mental fortitude, particularly after dark when the initial laps become more difficult. The expected participants include endurance runners, support crews, teammates, and spectators, fostering a supportive community atmosphere while generating essential funds for childhood brain cancer research.
