Vestrum Women's Fun Run & Walk

Queens Gardens serves as the start and finish point for the course, which then circles the "scenic Leschenault Inlet." The Vestrum Women's Fun Run & Walk marks its 20th year, presenting itself as a club-organized event by runners dedicated to encouraging more women and girls to participate. Its motto, "Women Supporting Women One Step At a Time," aligns well with the event's spirit. The event is a "female-focused community running and walking event" welcoming women, young girls, and babies in prams. The course encircles the inlet, including grassy areas near Queens Gardens. Younger children can participate in a "dash around the grassed area of Queens Gardens" with a superhero theme. Proceeds benefit the Habour and Nixi families drivers program, and a donation table for new clothing and footwear adds a practical, community-focused element to the morning.
