Fun Industry Run

The Fun Industry Run takes runners and walkers through Industriepark Aalter in East Flanders, scheduled for late September. This event differs from a typical road race by utilizing the industrial park itself, incorporating over 30 obstacles, and allowing participants to pass through company areas rather than just alongside them. The program features a running race, a walking route, and a children's run, making the day suitable for families and adults seeking an active challenge. The course crosses more than 30 companies within the business park, with organizers noting a revised route that includes new companies to explore. Children have a separate run along with an additional scavenger hunt. Rotary Club Aalter organizes the event, which includes food trucks and sponsor support. All proceeds benefit local social causes, with VZW De Toevlucht listed as a beneficiary.
