GoDare Nighttrail Series Halloween Night Trail & Walk

The Halloween Nighttrail & Walk in Lichtaart sends participants into the woods after dark, equipped with their own lights. This event is part of the GoDare Nighttrail Series and marks its fourth year. The offerings include a 4 km family walk and run, alongside 8 km and 14 km choices for both runners and walkers. The start and finish are located at Floreal, with the evening centered on a light show instead of sudden scares. The course navigates forest paths, including singletrack and sandy areas, marked by reflective arrows and lit kilometer signs. Walkers and runners begin in distinct waves, with a late finish cutoff. Children in costume or with face paint receive a gift, and the top three costumed adults earn prizes. Dogs are permitted on a leash for the walk and trail run. Parking is available at Bobbejaanland, with a complimentary shuttle service to the start area.
