Hoop in Beweging

Hoop in Beweging is a loop race in Ostend, West Flanders, starting and finishing at OLGO on Gerststraat. The main races are 6 km and 9 km, each composed of 3 km laps: two laps for the 6 km and three laps for the 9 km. Movement vzw organizes the event, which is part of the Movement Running Criterium, meaning results contribute to that series. The event includes youth races of 400 m and 800 m. The youth run is free, and parents can accompany the youngest children in the 400 m race. Adult race entry requires payment, with a lower fee for pre-registration and a higher fee on race day.
