About this race
The Jogging des Flaminds Sans Conduite is an 8.1 km race held on Friday evenings in Saint-Vaast, Belgium. Registration, the start, and the finish are located at Serres GOTTO on Allée Verte. This event is part of the Challenge de la Province du Hainaut. It follows a free children's race for ages 3 to 12, making the evening suitable for families and local runners. Adults pay a small entry fee, with a reduced price for those already registered in the provincial challenge.
The course is moderately hilly and passes through Saint-Vaast. Runners will see the village's 12th-century Romanesque church, the old town hall, a ravel path, the park of the Domaine de la Louve, and the terril Albert 1er. Parking is available at La Ferme du Coq. Showers and changing rooms will be open in the evening at Tennis Club Plainchamp on rue du Jeu de Balle. The first male and female finishers each receive a cash prize. The event has the feel of a local challenge rather than a large city race.
