About this race
The MetaRelax Ostend Night Run begins and ends near the Rock Strangers, the red block sculptures located on Zeeheldenplein in Ostend. This is an evening run through the city and along the seafront, offering 5-mile and 10-mile distances, both commencing at 8 PM. Free Kids Runs of 700 meters and 1,000 meters are also available.
The course guides participants along the sea dike and through the city center. The 10-mile race includes an additional segment beyond the 5-mile route. Rotary Oostende ter Streep is the organizer, with MetaRelax as the primary sponsor and Toerisme Oostende as a partner. The event anticipates approximately 4,000 participants and raises funds for charitable causes, with recent editions contributing around 30,000 euros annually.
