Rose City (Welland) Triathlon and Duathlon

The Rose City (Welland) Triathlon and Duathlon takes place at the Welland International Flatwater Centre, known as "Ontario's Best Swim Venue." This event features both triathlon and duathlon formats. Participants will use the flatwater facilities for the swim, with adjacent bike and run courses around the centre.
