Run for Resilience is a community walk/run in London, Ontario, held in Springbank Park in October. The 2.3k route utilizes the roadways in the west end of Springbank Park, and the Kiddy Trot covers the final 300 meters of the race path. All routes follow the park’s paved pathway system alongside the river, are traffic-free, and are clearly marked and marshalled. Costumes are a key element of the day: participants are encouraged to wear costumes while racing, with costume awards exclusively for those running in their outfits. Additionally, every child completing the Kiddy Trot receives a goodie bag at the finish line.
