Diablerets Trail Blanc 2027

Diablerets Trail Blanc takes runners onto snow in Les Diablerets, a Swiss mountain village situated at approximately 1,200 metres between Lake Geneva and Gstaad. This winter trail race, held in the Ormonts Valley of the Canton of Vaud, offers two distances: the 21 km La Tréchadèze with 900 metres of elevation gain, and the 10 km L’Ormonanche with about 450 metres. The race occurs in late winter or early March, meaning the snow underfoot is a key part of the challenge, in addition to the terrain. La Tréchadèze begins near the River Grande Eau by the Cirque de Creux de Champs, ascends the Meilleret slopes to 1,774 metres, then descends towards Vers-l’Eglise before the final kilometres return to Les Diablerets alongside the River Dar. Its name is derived from Tréchadèze, a historic battle site within the valley. L’Ormonanche is the shorter route, following the village riverbanks towards the Cirque de Creux de Cham, serving as an introduction to snow trail running. The race was established by the teams behind La Diablerets 3D and Humani Trail, originating from organizers experienced in mountain endurance events.
