Tzoumaz Trail Blanc

Tzoumaz Trail Blanc is a winter trail race held in La Tzoumaz, offering two mountain routes: a 17 km course with 880 m of elevation gain, or a 12 km option with 660 m of elevation gain. It is designed for running on winter trails, not for road speed. The available distances make it accessible while still providing the challenging climbs trail runners seek. The race originated from individuals involved with the Pierre A Voir trail race in Saxon, stemming from the established local trail-running community. Its history also links to the former Tzouma night race, which a founder, Pierre-André Reuse, mentioned was organized for two decades. Experienced trail runners are drawn by the ascents and winter environment, while less experienced participants can select the shorter course for a genuine mountain race experience.
