Hranický horský běh - memoriál Petra Kroči is a mountain running race held in Hranice, located in the Přerov District of the Olomouc Region. The race begins at noon from the sokolovna in Hranice. It features two distances: 12 km for men and 6.3 km for women. The event is open to all runners across age categories and is organized by Zdravé Hranice o.p.s. via the Hranice Běhají race site. The race route follows forest paths above Hranice, with hilly terrain characterizing the course. The 12 km course involves a total climb of 600 m, and the 6.3 km course includes 310 m of ascent, presenting a significant uphill challenge even for the shorter distance. This race serves as the memorial of Petr Kroča and has become a local mountain running tradition, with a recent edition attracting a record 87 participants.
