Lupenická dvanáctka is a twelve-kilometer road race held at the sports complex in Lupenice, a village in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou area of the Czech Republic. It is a small local race, not a large mass event; one reported edition had forty runners, divided into eight age and gender categories. The race has reached its 30th running, establishing it as a fixture for runners from Lupenice, Kostelec nad Orlicí, and nearby towns.
The route begins at the Lupenice sports complex, proceeds along an agricultural road towards Kostelec nad Orlicí, reaches a roundabout, and then returns via the main road through Tutleky to Lupenice. Martin Moravec won the 30th edition in 44:38, also winning his age category. A notable participant was Otakar Svatoš from Kostelec nad Orlicí, aged 82, who finished in 2:22:16 despite joint pain, stating his intention to finish as he was unaccustomed to quitting. The other participants applauded him as he approached the finish line.
