MUM - Boskovická etapa

The Boskovice stage is the second marathon within MUM, the Moravian Ultramarathon series, which comprises seven marathons over seven days. This 42.2 km race takes place in Boskovice, a town in the Blansko District of South Moravia. It is held in June, a month that often brings warm weather, with typical daytime highs near 23°C and a possibility of afternoon thunderstorms. This event offers a small-stage ultramarathon environment, distinct from large city road races. Recent participant numbers show 51 entrants for the MUM series and a small number of runners in a separate half-marathon category. The organizers provide a downloadable course map and GPX file, which is valuable for multi-stage events where runners must focus on recovery, navigation, and preparation for subsequent days. The Boskovice stage has been a component of MUM since the early 2010s. The series maintains its historical records via start lists, photo archives, and downloadable finisher diplomas.
