Slavkovský lesík

Slavkovský lesík begins at the football field in Slavkov u Opavy, directing runners onto adjacent forest paths every autumn. This cross-country race, organized by the TJ Opava orienteering club, features a primary 8.1 km route and a shorter 1.5 km option suitable for children and less experienced participants. The course consists of soft forest trails, avoiding roads, with interval starts from the football field. The race has been held for over 50 editions. However, its forest location means conditions can affect the event; one edition was canceled due to fallen trees and branches, resulting in a prohibition on entering the woods.
