Slezanská hodinovka

Slezanská hodinovka is a track running event held at the TJ Slezan stadium in Frýdek-Místek. It is organized by the athletics section of Tělovýchovná jednota Slezan Frýdek-Místek. The event has taken place annually since 1977, featuring timed efforts on the stadium track instead of a road course. The youngest participants compete in a 400-meter race. Older girls and boys compete in a 12-minute race, with their distance covered determining the results. Youth categories are announced prior to the men's races. The adult men's competition is divided into age groups: up to 34, 35-44, and 45-54. Clubs have the option to register both affiliated and unaffiliated runners online. Additional participants can register at the race office just before their respective category begins.
