Večerní běh Tachovem is an evening running event held in Tachov, located in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. The start and finish lines are situated in front of ZŠ Kostelní. This is the XXII edition of the race, which functions as a community race night rather than a typical single-distance road race. It includes categories for children, recreational runners, and registered athletes. The primary event is the 3200 m Memoriál Vladimira Síky, complemented by shorter races spanning from 100 m and 200 m up to 400 m, 800 m, 1000 m, 1200 m, 1500 m, and 1800 m.
The course follows a path near the school, looping around Kostelní, Hradební, and Soudní náměstí Republiky. This means participants race through the town center rather than on a long point-to-point route. The terrain is predominantly hilly, adding intensity to the shorter distances. Registration takes place in the afternoon before the races commence. The top three finishers in each category are awarded small prizes and diplomas. The event receives support from ZŠ, MKS Tachov, and the city of Tachov, contributing to its atmosphere as a local evening gathering alongside its race program.
