The event is a 100km relay race. A standard team consists of ten runners, with at least two women. For the beginner's race, aimed at schools, kindergartens, and families, a team can have up to 15 people, also requiring at least two female participants. Teams should start in uniform t-shirts. The race begins at 1:00 PM on the side field in front of the University Sports Hall. The first two rounds are run individually by the female team members. Subsequent rounds are run in pairs, with runners being interchangeable. Each pair runs a 1000m lap and then hands over to the next pair within a designated exchange zone via a handshake. Lap counts are recorded by submitting lap tokens in the exchange area. The race concludes when a team completes 50 laps (100km). The final ranking is determined by the order of finish. The race officially ends after 4 hours and 10 minutes (finish time). The order of teams is decided by their time or the distance covered by the finish time. All teams receive a certificate, and the top three receive trophies. Prizes will also be raffled among all participating teams. There will be separate rankings for specific teams (e.g., children, university). The competition takes place on a 1000m circuit within the Institute of Sports Science grounds. The course has a mixed surface (peat, synthetic, asphalt) and is nearly flat. Free drinks (water, electrolyte drink, tea) and snacks (bananas, apples) are provided. Massages are available during running breaks. A play and sports program for accompanying children is offered from 1:15 PM to 4:30 PM.
