The Kuppinger Mondfängerlauf is an evening running event in Kuppingen, a district of Herrenberg in Baden-Württemberg. It starts at 7:00 PM from the Gemeindehalle on Raiffeisenstraße and offers adult runners a choice of 6.7 km or 10 km. The race is part of the Schönbuch Cup, where it serves as one of the scoring rounds in the regional running series around the Böblingen area. The route is a rolling multi-loop course, with about 70 meters of climbing and the same amount of descent, so it is not flat but still compact and repeatable. Start and finish are both at the Gemeindehalle, which also serves as the event base. The field is roughly 760 runners, and the program includes children’s and youth races alongside the adult races. TSV Merklingen 1901 e.V. organizes the event.
