19. Aerzener twinfit-Volkslauf 2026

The Aerzener twinfit-Volkslauf features a separate 5 km company and team race in Aerzen. This race is intended for workplace groups, general clubs, and other teams; athletics clubs are not eligible for this specific category. Each team requires a minimum of three runners, with the outcome determined solely by team performance. The times of the three fastest runners from each team are summed across all age categories, and the team with the lowest total time wins the Firmen- und Teamlauf. Parking is provided at twinfit, which is also the organizer's designated arrival point.
