16. Emder Sparkassen Delftlauf 2026

The Emder Sparkassen Delftlauf begins at the Hafentor in Emden, guiding runners and walkers around the Delft, the city center's historic harbor basin. This Friday-evening road event, organized by Emder Laufgemeinschaft, features a 6 km walk/Nordic walk, a 6 km run, and a 10 km run. The course consists of a flat 2,000-meter loop. Consequently, the 6 km participants complete three laps, and the 10 km runners complete five. All races commence and conclude at the Hafenhaus on Ysaak-Brons-Straße. Both adults and youth are eligible for the running events. Participants are provided with certificates, and the race benefits Das Boot e.V. The concept for a race utilizing this loop around the Emder Delft originated with Harry Jürrens.
