24. Bordesholmer Seelauf SEE +RUN 2026

SEE +RUN is a fun run and road race in Bordesholm, starting and finishing at the sports ground on Moorweg by the Möhlenkamp sports center. The race is built around Bordesholmer See, with a main route that uses asphalted local roads, lakeside hiking paths, a bike path beside the L318, and a nature path along the Stintgraben. The program also includes toddler, children’s, and youth races, so it is set up for families as well as adults running the longer course. The route first heads 5.5 kilometers from Möhlenkamp toward Bordesholmer See, and the different distances split at about kilometer 1.7. On the main course, runners turn near Schmalsteder Mühle toward Schmalstede and meet a 500-meter climb around kilometer 2.1. A refreshment point with mineral water and fruit sits near the administration school on Alte Landstraße, reached once before the lake section and again around kilometer 11. After following the hiking trail around the lake, the course returns toward Schmalsteder Mühle, continues by farm track toward Neuer Haidkrug, follows the L318 bike path back into Bordesholm, then drops through Sonnenhügel to the Stintgraben and finishes along the nature path back to the sports center.
