24. Elmshorner Stadtlauf 2026

The Elmshorner Stadtlauf is a city-center fun run in Elmshorn, Schleswig-Holstein, held as an officially approved public race since 2001. Its main adult event is an officially measured 5 km loop, open to adults and young runners from age 8, with separate children’s races over 600 meters and 1.5 km. The setup makes it a practical local race day for families rather than a runner-only fixture. The adult course is flat, asphalted, and run as a single lap through the inner city, suiting beginners, youth runners, and older age-group athletes as well as people chasing a straightforward 5 km.
