At Bike Day Engter, the Wadenkneifer Gravelride offers a dedicated space for gravel bikes, complementing the event’s existing mountain-bike routes. This German race series event takes place in early September, focusing on off-road riding instead of road racing. The gravel routes traverse the Wiehengebirge area, providing participants with a course through the local countryside rather than a closed circuit. Approximately 45 of the 200 participants selected the gravel options. Organizers had anticipated a higher turnout but noted that the riders were pleased and expressed a desire to return.
