39. Sparkassen-City-Lauf Meppen 2026

The Sparkassen-City-Lauf Meppen is a city-centre running event in Meppen, Lower Saxony. It offers races for children, newcomers, relay teams, company teams, and runners competing in 5 km or 10 km distances. The 5 km and 10 km routes are officially measured and contribute to the Emsland EL-Cup series. This makes the event suitable for both club-level runners and individuals participating in a local race for the first time. The event schedule ranges from Bambini races to the Identbase 10 km main race, featuring individual starts, relays, and a company team cup. A distinct Barmer beginner's run is designated for newcomers and health-sport participants, excluding ambitious runners. Club membership is not required for entry.
