6. MTV Müden CTF im Naturpark Südheide 2026

The MTV Müden CTF in the Südheide Nature Park begins at the MTV Müden sports hall. Participants embark on a Country Touren Fahrt, a guided or signed off-road cycling tour, not a closed-road race, within the park. Registration opens in the morning, with a group start scheduled for 10:00. The entry fee is €5 for licensed riders with a scoring card and €8 for recreational riders. The 30 km Genießer-/Family-Tour is the most accessible option, crossing the heath to the Löhnstein refreshment point before returning. Riders can navigate using signs or GPS at their own pace. Longer routes, 46 km and 66 km, are available for MTB and cross bikes, with GPX files and experienced guides provided. The 46 km route offers forest and heath riding on mostly bike paths and easy singletrack, suitable for those seeking less technical challenges.
