Autour de Pfohren 2026

Autour de Pfohren is a local road-running event in Pfohren, a village area of Donaueschingen in Baden-Wurttemberg’s Schwarzwald-Baar district. The main options are an 8 km walk and a 10 km run, with the 10 km route officially measured by the German athletics federation, allowing runners to treat it as a proper road mark rather than an approximate fun-run distance. The start and finish are at the Turn- und Festhalle Pfohren, which provides changing rooms and showers. The 10 km course follows mostly paved farm roads around Pfohren, away from the track but still on firm, runnable surfaces. The program includes races for younger athletes: a 400 m Bambini race, 800 m races for U10 and U12, and a 1600 m race for U14 and U16. Clubs from the Baden region participate, including groups from Loffingen, Neustadt, Baar, Konigsfeld, Hohenfels, Gottenheim, and Unterkirnach.
