Bedburger Citylauf 2026

The Bedburger Citylauf is a running series in Bedburg, featuring races categorized by age and experience. It includes a non-competitive Bambini run for the youngest children, who race purely for enjoyment without times or rankings. Older children and teenagers participate in separate student races. Adults have a choice between the GVG Jedermannlauf and the GVG Hauptlauf, with both events offering an option for 4-person mixed teams. While race prizes are given, the regulations ensure a clear and focused course by prohibiting headphones, baby joggers, and dogs during the races.
