Donautal Marathon 2026

The Donautal Marathon begins and ends in Tuttlingen, a town in Baden-Wurttemberg, southern Germany. It takes place in June as part of the Run & Fun weekend. The event offers multiple race distances: 5 km, 10 km, a half marathon, a full marathon, and a four-person marathon relay. Children's and junior races are also included. The marathon course leads from Tuttlingen into the Danube Valley, following the young Danube River. It combines city streets with natural paths. This road race is relatively flat, with a total elevation gain of 28 meters. Four Tuttlingen clubs and the city organize the event, which is also known as the Aesculap Donautal Marathon and B. Braun Marathon. Recent results indicate a small, club-level atmosphere for the marathon, with under a hundred finishers and winning times near three hours for women and under three hours for men.
