Mäschder Drehwurm is a small trail ultrarunning event in Großmaischeid, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, starting at the Grillhütte. Participants can select from 24-hour, 12-hour, and 6-hour races. The longest race begins Friday evening, the 12-hour race starts early Saturday morning, and the 6-hour race commences Saturday afternoon. The participant field is small, typically under 100 runners, and the 6-hour race can be completed as a relay.
The race utilizes a short, marked loop of approximately 2.6 to 2.75 km, featuring 47 meters of elevation gain per circuit.
