Parforceheide Crosslauf 2026

The Parforceheide Crosslauf begins at the RSV Eintracht sports field on Heinrich-Zille-Strasse in Stahnsdorf, south of Berlin. RSV Eintracht has organized this cross-country run since 2008 for local recreational runners, offering distances for children, beginners, and more experienced runners, rather than a single main race. It is also part of the Mittelmark Cup circuit, which has had various series sponsors over the years. The route departs the sports field, goes by the Suedwestfriedhof, and enters the Parforceheide landscape protection area. Runners will encounter forest paths, modest inclines, sandy sections, asphalt, and cobblestones, requiring adjustments in rhythm rather than flat-road speed. Previous editions have included 1 km, 3 km, 5 km, and 10 km races, with the 5 km and the main race starting concurrently in at least one instance.
