Jenbike Cross Jena 2026

The Jenbike Cross Jena is a cyclocross event held on November 8, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM at the Motocross track in Großlöbichau. The course is 2.0 km long with a total elevation difference of 50 meters per lap. It consists of 50% meadow and 50% forest and field paths, with 0% asphalt. The track is varied, featuring a mix of uphill and downhill sections, a longer descent followed by a steep finish climb, and incorporates obstacles from a pumptrack and the motocross track, including chicanes, wooden planks, and a wave track. Shorter running and cycling loops are available for U11 and U13 categories. The event emphasizes a true cyclocross experience, meaning it can become very muddy if it rains. Cleaning facilities (2 Kärcher machines) are provided, and participants are advised to bring their own water for washing. There are 3 mobile toilets on site, but no changing facilities due to COVID-19. The U11 and U13 classes will compete in a cross-duathlon format, with one running lap and one cycling lap.
