Swim & Run Haan 2026

Swim & Run Haan is a youth swim-run event in Haan, North Rhine-Westphalia, organized by TSV Gruiten 1884 e.V. It is listed by the Deutsche Triathlon Union and maintains a straightforward format: athletes swim first, then run, without a bike leg. The distances vary by age group. For Schüler D athletes aged 6 or 7, the swim is 50 meters and the run is 200 meters. Juniors and Jugend A athletes swim 500 meters and run 5 kilometers.
